Bourbon Barrel Aged Red Wine and Garlic Braised Beef Short Ribs over Creamy Parmesan Polenta.

Beef Short Ribs smoked on the greenmountaingrills Ledge with bearmountainbbq Bourbon BBQ Pellets and seasoned with meatchurch Holy Cow. Smoked to 165° IT and then braised in Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon until probe tender and about 205°. Served over Creamy Parmesan Polenta.
