Beef Short Ribs smoked on the greenmountaingrills Ledge with bearmountainbbq Bourbon BBQ Pellets and seasoned with meatchurch Holy Cow. Smoked to 165° IT and then braised in Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon until probe tender and about 205°. Served over Creamy Parmesan Polenta.
