Leftover Brisket Tacos for the win. Brisket was smoked up on my greenmountaingrills Ledge after being seasoned with meatchurch Holy Cow and The Gospel. Added some radish, avocado, cilantro and a Red Habanero Lime Crema. I used the pepperexchange Red Habanero Purée, mixed into crema with some lime juice. It was a great leftover meal with what I had on hand.
